My work in higher education working with students has always been very gratifying. Now being able to work with the College Access Collaborative and my role playing a small part to empower, encourage and give students the tools they need to achieve their educational goal is even more rewarding than ever.

Karen joined the College Access Collaborative as the business manager in July of 2018. She has been serving the university for 20 years. Prior to joining our office, Karen worked with the Provost’s Office, the Office of First Year Experiences and the Office of Undergraduate Academic Integrity.
Away from work, she enjoys listening to live music (supporting local musicians), spending time with family and friends and of course, Hokie Football.
